Meet Wendell

I am originally from St. Louis, Missouri, and my family and I settled down in Washington in 1996 upon returning from my last military overseas assignment in Korea. My wife Cathy and I have been married for 25 years and we have 3 children; Wendell (23), Hannah Rose (20) and Christian (15).

I served in the U.S. Army as a military officer from 1986 to 1997, both stateside and overseas. Shortly after departing the military I worked for a major telecom company on the Eastside from 1998 to 2005.

I have been a full-time active realtor since October 2005 and I am very passionate about my work. I serve clients in many areas in the greater Seattle area and since 2010 I've had the pleasure of working as a Certified Relocation Specialist, primarily with military personnel or those affiliated with the military.

I enjoy meeting and helping people every day in this business and feel that my diverse background and easy going nature have played a key role in my success. I am very grateful to all of my past and current clients and especially to those who have continued to refer my services.
